Conservatives Living In The Past



A former Prime Minister, John Diefenbaker admits Canada made at least one mistake when we had the death penalty. That was in the 1960s, which prompted the commuting of every death sentence after 1962.

How far back in time are Stephen Harper, Stockwell Day, and the Conservative Party, that they think the Death Penalty is okay in dealing with Canadian citizens in foreign countries?
